Boys

• Tues June 23 & Wed June 24, 10 am - 12 pm Boys

*Camp Fee: $75 Girls, $60 Boys, and $100 Family Cap

Download and print the PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION (PPE) form and have it completed by a health care provider. As indicated in the instructions, the Medical Eligibility Form is the only one that should be uploaded during camp registration.
